  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to Pakistan.

  • If your location is not supported, you will be notified during checkout.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Hamsha Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

  • Hamsha Store is not responsible for lost packages once marked as delivered by the courier, but we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.
